You Can Do!!

Di Fitness has provided several Fitness camps with private and public Schools, as well as Public Recreation departments. In addition to that, DI fitness participates in wellness programs with local and national businesses and social services agencies.

Di Fitness's, Fitness camp approach to fitness is a intense hour of muscle and toning exercises that includes stretching, cardio, strength training, and abdominal work.

The Fitness Camps are designed to teach techniques that will improve and maintain muscle tone, functional strength and overall cardiovascular health.  These Fitness Camps will not only serve to teach and demonstrate how to tone those hard to reach places, it will also aid in improving your flexibility and core strength.  A variety of apparatus will be introduced such as lightweights, resist- a bands, and more.
