DI Fitness participates with many  Company Wellness programs, along with many businesses and social service agencies across the country.  Divine Intervention Fitness LLC is  working hard with the communtiy to form partnerships with companies to help fight child and adult obesity by designing exercise training that will help improve the health of body, mind & spirit.

           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Di Fitness Comes to you!  At your home, office, we can be there! Our Workouts are about dynamic muscle and toning exercises that includes stretching, cardio, strength training and abdominal work. The workout is designed to teach techniques that would improve and maintain muscle tone, functional strength and overall cardiovascular health. Di Fitness training will not only serve to teach and demonstrate how to tone those hard to reach places, it will also aid in improving your flexibility and core strength.

           CORPORATE FITNESS

Di Fitness Comes to you!  We can be there! Providing Workshops and Trainings.  Our Workouts are about dynamic muscle and toning exercises that includes stretching, cardio, strength training and abdominal work.
