DI Fitness would Love to work with your organization at your next Conference, Retreat, or Seminar providing our Fitness Camp.  These fitness camps are designed to teach techniques that will:

  • Improve & maintain muscle tone, functional strength & overall cardiovascular health
  • Teach & demonstrate how to tone those hard to reach places.
  • Aid in developing your flexibility and core strength

            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

DI Fitness Personal Training is about dynamic muscle and toning exercises that includes stretching, cardio, strength training and abdominal work. This Fit training is designed to teach techniques that would improve and maintain muscle tone, functional strength and overall cardiovascular health. Di Fitness will not only serve to teach and demonstrate how to tone those hard to reach places, it will also aid in improving your flexibility and core strength. A variety of apparatus will be introduced such as light weights, Resist-a-Balls, and more!
